  1. Preheat oven to 170 degree Celsius.
  2. Add eggs, sweetcorn and salt to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Heat milk and butter. (Do not boil.) Add to the above mixture. Blend together.
  4. Add in flour, paprika, dried herbs and half the cheese. Mix well.
  5. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and pour batter in. 
  6. Bake for 45-50 mins or until it is golden brown. Test to see if it’s done with a skewer.
  7. Remove from oven. 
  8. Brush with melted Kerrygold butter while hot. 
  9. Let cool slightly and slice. Enjoy.
