  1. Arrange the Kerrygold Mature Cheddar & kimchi onto a slice of bread. Spread the Japanese mayo onto the other slice of bread & put the two together.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan, add a teaspoon of butter, once the butter begins to melt add the sandwich and cook for 2 minutes each side or until golden.
Note: Kimchi & Japanese mayo are available at Asian supermarkets. You can leave out the Kimchi for the ultimate toasted cheese.
